Algunas estrategias para determinan el cierre de micros, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Increment\u00f3 de salario m\u00ednimo de forma desproporcionada al incremento de la inflaci\u00f3n y sin sustento econ\u00f3mico, teor\u00eda del costo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Incremento de los cuotas obreros-patronales de la misma forma que el incremento del salario m\u00ednimo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Sobre regulaci\u00f3n de todas las empresas, con elevadas multas, sanciones de establecimientos, teor\u00eda de la sobre regulaci\u00f3n empresarial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Prevalece el principio pro clausura de los establecimientos comerciales por parte de los poderes constituidos, sin distinci\u00f3n de actividad econ\u00f3mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Percepci\u00f3n de que prevalece el principio pro trabajador al interpretar las leyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Incremento sin sustento econ\u00f3mico fiscal de los d\u00edas de vacaciones por a\u00f1o laborado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Reducci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral sin atender las necesidades del justo medio, teor\u00eda de la competitividad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Sobre regulado y sancionador el trabajo de las horas extras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. El patr\u00f3n paga triple los d\u00edas de descanso obligatorio, debiendo de ser m\u00e1ximo un pago doble, no hay una raz\u00f3n l\u00f3gica emprendedora de que sea superior, al establecerse pago triple el gobierno se queda con 1\/3 del salario pagado al trabajador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. \u00a0Elevada el n\u00famero de d\u00edas de indemnizaci\u00f3n constitucional, son tres meses de salario, esta sanci\u00f3n al empresario inhibe la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos empleos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. \u00a0La prima de antig\u00fcedad se convierte en una doble indemnizaci\u00f3n constitucional, establecida en 12 d\u00edas por cada a\u00f1o laborado, la naturaleza de un patr\u00f3n es y debe de ser la contrataci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s y mejores trabajadores, un patr\u00f3n nunca despide a un excelente trabajador y un excelente trabajador siempre tiene otras ofertas de empleo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. \u00a0Cobros de piso y\/o extorsiones a patrones, aunque se dice que eso no pasa en este pa\u00eds, teor\u00eda del vac\u00edo de poder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. \u00a0Las grandes empresas tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n siendo afectadas, pero resistir\u00e1n un poco m\u00e1s<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Centroam\u00e9rica tiene 50 millones de habitantes, 22 millones forman parte de la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa, el salario promedio mensual es el equivalente a $7,450.00 pesos mexicanos, el promedio de los tres pa\u00edses con salario m\u00e1s bajo promedian el equivalente \u00a0$5,910.00 pesos mexicanos mensuales, estos pa\u00edses tiene regulaciones empresariales m\u00e1s justas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. \u00a0China tiene una poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa de 766 millones de personas, el salario promedio de trabajos no calificados es equivalente a $9,350.00 pesos mexicanos al mes, adem\u00e1s de reglas generosas que buscan prolongar la fuente de trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. \u00a0Estados Unidos ha implementado pol\u00edticas migratorias restrictivas, adem\u00e1s de impulsar decretos para eliminar la ciudadan\u00eda por nacimiento a hijos de indocumentados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Some strategies that contribute to the closure of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs): 1) Disproportionate increases in the minimum wage relative to inflation and without economic justification (cost-based theory). 2) Increases in employer and employee social security contributions in line with the minimum wage increase. 3) Over-regulation of all businesses, with high fines and sanctions for establishments (theory of business over-regulation). 4) The prevailing pro-closure policy for commercial establishments by the authorities, regardless of economic activity. 5) The perception that the pro-worker principle prevails in the interpretation of laws. 6) Increases in vacation days per year without fiscal justification. 7) Reduction of the workday without considering the need for a fair balance (theory of competitiveness). 8) Over-regulation and penalties for overtime work. 9) The employer pays triple for mandatory rest days, when the maximum should be double pay. There is no logical business reason for this higher rate. By establishing triple pay, the government retains 1\/3 of the worker’s salary. 10) The number of days of constitutional severance pay is high, at three months’ salary. This penalty for employers discourages the creation of new jobs. 11) The seniority bonus becomes double constitutional severance pay, set at 12 days for each year worked. The nature of an employer is, and should be, to hire more and better workers. An employer never fires an excellent worker, and an excellent worker always has other job offers. 12) Extortion and\/or protection rackets targeting employers, although it’s claimed that this doesn’t happen in this country, a theory of a power vacuum. 13) Large companies are also being affected, but they will withstand it a little longer. 14) Central America has 50 million inhabitants, 22 million of whom are part of the economically active population. The average monthly salary is equivalent to $7,450.00 Mexican pesos. The average salary in the three countries with the lowest salaries is equivalent to $5,910.00 Mexican pesos per month. These countries have fairer business regulations. 15) China has an economically active population of 766 million people.
